Bewitching Medley Satisfaction Promise
Your happiness means everything to us. If you’re not completely satisfied with your cosmetic purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
We’ll provide a prepaid return label so you can send the product back to us. Once the returned item is received, you’ll receive store credit for the purchase price of the product, excluding any original shipping charges.
To ensure fairness for all of our customers, satisfaction returns are limited to one cosmetic return per customer within a 12-month period. Products must be returned with at least 50% of the original contents remaining. Final sales items and gift cards are not eligible.
Because beauty should be enchanting, not stressful, we’re committed to helping you find products you’ll truly love.
To start a return, you can contact us at Info@bewitching-medley.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a postage paid return shipping label via email.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or final sale items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Exchanges can only be made on non-beauty product items.
Refunds
At Bewitching Medley, all sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds. However, we want you to love every product you receive — if there is an issue with your order, we are happy to offer store credit toward a future purchase following the Bewitching Medley Satisfaction Promise.
European Union Customers — Additional Rights
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.
To be eligible for a return under EU consumer law, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Please note: Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the 14-day right of withdrawal may not apply to:
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed after delivery (this includes opened beauty and personal care products)
If your beauty or personal care product remains unopened and sealed, you are entitled to return it within 14 days for a full refund.
To initiate a return, contact us at Info@bewitching-medley.com. Once your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
